Warranty

What is covered by this warranty?

  1. Etriwheel has the discretion to repair or replace any original equipment or non-wear parts that are deemed defective within two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  2. If a replacement device is provided, the warranty coverage will last for six (6) months from the date of replacement or until the end of the existing warranty period, whichever is later. Etriwheel may replace the device with equipment of equal or greater value.
  3. Defective batteries and motors will be repaired or replaced by Vetanya free of charge to the customer. Only Vetanya is authorized to evaluate defective batteries and motors.

Moreover, this warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from the following actions or conditions for batteries:

      A:Using an inappropriate charger to charge the battery.

      B:Damage to the seal on the battery or any signs of tampering.

      C:Using the battery for devices other than the designated e-bike.

What is not covered by this warranty?

  1. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts that require regular maintenance, such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, housing, grips, chain, and spokes. Replacement parts for these items can be purchased separately at Vetanya.com.
  2. If the bike has been tampered with or used outside of its intended purpose, it will not be covered by this warranty.
  1. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from using the bike in competitions or other activities that exceed its intended use.
  2. Misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance, or mishandling resulting in damage to the bike is not covered. This includes failure to keep the motor or battery free of liquids and debris.
  3. Any damages or defects that arise from not following the owner's manual, force majeure, misuse, neglect, or abuse are not covered under this warranty.
  4. The warranty excludes any damage that occurs due to using improper tools or performing maintenance on the bike that is not authorized.
  5. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from adding non-standard equipment, parts, or technical modifications to the bike.
  6. This warranty covers defects that occur during shipping, altering, or repairing the product.
  1. Any damages that occur during shipping are not covered by this warranty, and customers must report them by using the link provided or contacting our support team within 7 days of receiving the item.
